The Chapter is organizing another social event for March 10th. To kick off St. Patrick’s Day, the coming of Spring, or for any other reason you’d like to celebrate, faculty can bring a guest if they’d like, meet for pizza and libations, discuss the progress and future plans of the AAUP, and then celebrate with the sounds of the high-energy, traditional Irish band The Drowsy Lads. The AAUP will have a room reserved at The Irish Heritage Center* for folks to gather in, eat, and drink starting at 6:30 p.m. and throughout the evening. The music starts at 8:00 p.m.
In addition to enhancing our own connections, the Chapter will be contributing to the broader community by donating a portion of all tickets purchased to the East End Adult Education Center. Tickets ($5 per person) include admission to the show, food, and one beverage per ticket.
Please RSVP to aaupuc1@ucmail.uc.edu.
