New Faculty? This workshop is for you.
The American Association of University Professors-UC Chapter (AAUP-UC) will be hosting a workshop for new faculty on October 28th. We realize that this can be a stressful time for new faculty and that time is limited, but this workshop contains important information that will help you have a successful career at UC.
Topics to be covered include:
- Annual Performance Reviews and RPT (including your three month review!)
- Important benefits such as:
- paid and unpaid leaves
- tuition remission
- Shared governance
- Other important rights and responsibilities under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
The workshops will be from 11:30 am to ??? p.m.
Please RSVP to the AAUP office by Friday, September 22nd.
