- Uptown Campus West: Thursday, August 1, 2019 from 1:30-3:00 pm in 425 TUC
- UCBA: Monday, August 5 from 1:30-3:00 pm in 100 Walters
- Uptown Campus East: Wednesday, August 7, 2019 from 1:30-3:00 pm in G20 HSB
Contract Ratification voting will take place via Ballotbox from Friday, August 9th until Tuesday, August 20th. Only AAUP members are eligible to vote to accept or reject the tentative agreement.
